A 3D exploration game (remake). A game you can play for hours, maybe days or even weeks.
In this game you'll find yourself inside the Surface Rover, ready to explore the planet Koronis. There are 20 rifts and on each rift you can find a lot of unknown alien technologies.
Your main task is to destroy the UFO base on rift 20, but you are too weak to do that. So you have to steal alien technologies. These technologies are hidden into Hulks, war machines of the Ancients. When you see such a Hulk (by the start of a new game you will see one immediately) you can pick up the technology by clicking on "Loot Hulk". After you got that item, you can install it into your system. You can switch it on if you want to use it. The item can be a weapon, a radar, a shield etc..
Once you got a few items you can click on "Call Ship" in order to go to the main ship where a robot can evaluate your items. If you like the item you can hold it (installed in your rover or let it in the main ship) else you can sell it (in order to get a high score).
Guardian Saucers (UFO's)
Those are Guardian Saucers swooping in. They are out to destroy you. New waves will keep coming until you destroy their base on Rift 20. Use your weapons to destroy them or just try to escape. One hit may not be enough. After all, these Guardian saucers will stop at nothing to protect the hulks of Ancient technology. And that's exactly what you're after.
