Monsters & Mayhem is a return to arcade style adventure presented with awesome graphics, sound & music, and a user friendly interface easy to use by anyone. In the first adventure you must guide your hero through 12 levels of the Goblin's Den. Each level increasingly more difficult but also offering more treasure, magic, and rewards to be gained. You must bash the heads of the evil goblins while collecting precious potions to help sustain your health, search out secret rooms, traps, and other such hidden places to find powerful magical weapons & armor, and gain treasure to make the whole trip worth while. If you should succeed you will be able to free the slaves of Glennswood and face the hated Goblin Gods ending their wrath once and for all......or, perhaps not. Read carefully the scrolls at the beginning of each level which tell you secrets gathered by previous adventurers. Don't let their deaths be in vein. Each level is mind-boggling with stunning environments to navigate. The Goblin's world is a diverse and fantastic one. Journey to the deepest depths and face their evil Mancers who can rittle you with their twisted spells, encounter the rarely seen Goblin avengers, and see what pagan demi-gods these goblins devote their evil craft to.
Nice game, but it would be better if the playfield size and characters were bigger.
Controls:
Arrows = move
Space = action key (fight, open doors)
Alt = use potion (to heal)
S = save game
Cheats:
F1 = power up
F2 = jump to the next level
