Navigate your space ship through narrow caverns.
Not an easy game, a bit a mixture between a space shooter and lander game.
The purpose of this game is to navigate the narrowing caverns that lead to the heart of a highly volatile asteroid in order to detonate its core. To achieve this, the player's ship has to be fully charged with energy. To gather energy the player has to graze at the cavern walls carefully. During the shallower parts of the caverns there are deployed automated defenses. To successfully navigate these defenses, the player may utilize the Energy Shield and the Defender Cannon mounted on their ship. However, both use up valuable energy which has to be regained before reaching the core.
Given successful navigation of the run to the asteroid's core, the player's performance is then ranked by the game. The percentage of enemies downed or their precision with the zero-energy pity-laser and so on are monitored during a successful playthrough. High performance in one of these few categories earns the player a silver or gold medal in that specific category. Accumulation of more than a number of medals results in further modes of play being unlocked.
Controls:
W,A,D or arrowkeys = Thrust upwards, slow down, accelerate
Ctrl or Space = Shoot
Shift or Tab = Shield
F1 = Full screen
F3,F4,F5 = Music
L = Toggle searchlight
