The genius dr.Bau has created a new machine that can produce and clone Flowerpot-head soldiers.
Suddenly, Highhair rushes in, he has drunk too much beer and when he does, he gets evil. He uses the machine to create an army of Flowerpot-heads, to take over the world.
But there is still hope. Every Flowerpot has TNT created inside him when he is produced by the machine. Push the TNT switch and all the flowerpots in the area will die.
So now it is uo to Fishhead to push all the TNT switches to save the world!

De schrandere prof. Bau had een machine uitgevonden die in staat was Bloempotsoldaten te produceren en te klonen.
Op een dag kwam de boosaardige Hooghaar stomdronken binnen en gebruikte hij de machine om een leger Bloempotsoldaten aan te maken. Op die manier zou hij de wereld trachten te veroveren.
Maar er is nog hoop. Elke Bloempotsoldaat heeft een dynamietstaaf (TNT) ingebouwd meegekregen van de machine. Druk op de TNT schakelaar en alle bloempotsoldaten in dit gebied zullen vernietigd worden.
Zo, het is nu aan Fishhead (Viskop) om alle TNT schakelaars in te drukken zodat de wereld gered zal worden.
